Yes. The first visit is mostly conversation. We talk, you tell me what scares you, what happened before. I listen. We only look at your mouth together, with radiographs, when you're ready. You're not committing to any procedure by writing me on WhatsApp.

Yes — nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oral sedation for specific procedures. But sedation is the third step, not the first. We talk about it only after you've seen the diagnosis, understand the plan, and feel ready.

Yes. Bring whoever you need — partner, parent, friend. They can stay in the room during the consultation if that makes you more comfortable.

We agree a stop signal before we start (raising your hand works). When you signal, I stop immediately. I don't continue until you say so. No questions, no judgment.

No. Many of my patients arrive exactly where you are. The first visit is review + plan, not a sermon. My job is to look at your case today and tell you what's realistic, what's urgent, and what can wait — without judgment.

The initial consultation has a reference price of PYG 130,000 – 150,000 (depends on the case). It includes review, diagnosis, and a written plan. Any treatment is quoted afterwards, no surprises.

I can orient you, but a photo isn't enough to indicate a treatment with seriousness. I need to evaluate clinically, the radiograph when needed, the gums, the bite, the history, and the expectations. To tell you what's best, I need to see you.

Because the right treatment depends on the diagnosis. I prefer that you understand your case before making a decision. The Diagnostic & Planning Consultation is where we think your case through together.

First visit: 45–60 minutes. Follow-ups: 20–30 minutes. For specific procedures I tell you the exact time before we start.

Previous radiographs or studies, insurance card or coverage (for reimbursement), medication list, and questions written down so you don't forget.

If you don't need treatment, I'll tell you. I don't invent problems to charge more. My job is to evaluate honestly.

Yes, when indicated. But first I evaluate whether they're really needed or whether a more conservative alternative exists. Aesthetics should not stand above biology.

Yes. In many cases it's the most realistic and responsible approach. The important thing is to order priorities: what to do first, what can wait, and what isn't worth doing.

Yes, especially. Cases where many variables must be integrated are the ones I enjoy most. Rehabilitation isn't placing crowns: it's restoring function, stability, aesthetics and confidence inside a mouth that has history.

Yes. If the case is very complex, I refer to a trusted endodontist. I don't do what I can't do well.

Simple extractions, yes. For wisdom teeth or surgical cases I work with trusted maxillofacial surgeons and coordinate everything.

Yes. I use zirconia because it's the most resistant and biocompatible. I explain the options and you decide with full information.

From age 10–12. For younger children or specific behavioral needs I refer to a trusted pediatric dentist. I don't start if the child isn't comfortable.

My current focus is private care, with time for diagnosis, explanation, and planning. I issue detailed receipts with procedure codes for reimbursement with international insurers (BUPA, Cigna, GeoBlue) and local corporate plans.

Cash, bank transfer, and cards. For high-value cases I offer financing plans through Pagopar or Bancard. We discuss this at the consultation.
