Initial consultation + written plan
Clinical exam, diagnostic discussion, and a written treatment plan with options, timeline, and reference prices.
Complex multi-phase planning
Comprehensive plan for full-mouth rehabilitation, implants, or extensive restorative work. Includes phased timeline and specialist referrals if needed.
Plan update / second revision
If your situation has changed or you want a different approach, I update the plan with new options. Existing patients only.
Reference prices. Final cost is confirmed during the visit before any procedure.

Do I have to commit to the plan?
No. The plan is yours to consider. You decide when — or whether — to start treatment. There's no obligation.
Can the plan change?
Yes. If something unexpected comes up during treatment, I discuss it with you before continuing. The plan is a starting point, not a contract.
Is the written plan included in the consultation?
Yes. The initial consultation fee includes the exam, the diagnosis discussion, and the written plan with options.
Can I share the plan with another dentist?
Absolutely. The plan is yours. Many patients share it with their regular dentist or use it to get a second opinion from a specialist.
